Ever wanted to just change your feelings at a click of your fingers?
 
Well now you can
 
 
This method is called the swish method because you can make a swish movement and say the word swish to change your feelings, however I prefer to click my fingers as it feels powerful and definate.
 
So how do you use this powerful method to change your feelings and life?
 
 
Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy my daughter would say.
 
 
Close your eyes ( trust me it helps to read all of this before you do)
 
see your self in a mirror as you always dreamt to be. It may be confident, sexy, brave, slim, happy, rich, whatever you choose dare to imagine the best you, you ever could be.
 
Now focus on the feeling of being that person. Notice the clothes you are wearing, the smile on your face.
 
Bring to your mind the smell of the air when you are the person you want to be, the texture of your clothing, imagine you feeling your clothes, and any accessories you may have with you.
 
The more you visulize your apperience in detail the more you will benefit in the long run.
 
Stay with the image, make it bigger, brighter, bolder.
 
Feel how it really feels to be that person.
 
Find yourself smiling at seeing yourself as you wish to be.
 
When you have fully experienced being that wonderful new person--- click your fingers and the possitive picture falls back into the distance and becomes grey and pale.
 
 A negative image that you see yourself as now comes into your mind in the same way.
 
That image is horrible, you feel rubbish you hate the way you feel with this image. You may see yourself as worthless or a failure.
 
However you see yourself notice the feelings and where they are represented in your body - Example: disatisfaction may = a dull feeling in your stomach or anxiety and fear may be in your chest.
 
You hate this feeling. 
 
Now you can change just by the click of your fingers your emotions and feelings.
 
So click your fingers and swish the negative picture for the possitve picture you imagined before.
 
The negative becomes small and grey in the distance.
 
The possitive becomes brighter and bolder.
 
Feel the possitive picture again.
 
Notice where the feeling is represented in your body.
 
You love this picture, it makes you happy and content.
 
Repeat this back and forth several times.
 
The desire to swish quickly to the possitive will get stronger and stronger.
 
You will want to feel better in the possitive.
 
Your brain will desire the possitive.
 
You will therefore spend more time thinking about the possitive image you want for your self.
 
Your mind will follow whatever you want the most.
 
What you want the most is the possitive image.
 
What  you want is that possitive life.
 
Your mind will get you there.
 
Whenever you feel a negative mood swish or click to the possitve.
 
Try it and have fun.

Ok so you have all these exams coming up, life is pushing you in all directions.
 
You have your mates in one corner wanting to hang out with you - especially if they are not as keen on passing exams as you.
 
Then you have your parents in another corner (either together or apart) requesting quality time and various jobs to do as favours for them.
 
You feel the pressure of pleasing them and living up to what they think you should achieve (never mind the pressure you are putting on yourself as you try to be super girl/ boy.)
 
Then you have your boyfriend/ girlfriend that you want to spend time with because they make you feel better. They also know you and life seems feel worthwhile when the two of you are together. However they may get annoyed at your moods because of all the pressure and this puts a stain on the relationship.
 
You begin to feel as if you may lose them or that they may find a better option. This causes even more stress and all of a sudden life is not so chilled out with them.
 
Lastly you have what seems like overwhelming pressure from knowing that these exams are important to your path in life. You don't know how to revise or the effort you put in doesn't seem to bring about the results you want.
 
You cant seem to remember anything in the right order and when you do it is followed by long spells of just
 BLANK- NOTHING.
 
SO WHAT HAPPENS?
 
Well it wont be long before your imagining life on the streets with no job and dogs sniffing at your ankles and then .......
 
You EXPLODE.
 
The pressure is too much and everyone wants something from you.

Sometimes you feel like you just want to shout "STOP! Let me off this merry-go-round". 
 
If your a student the pressure to pass not only your final exams but all the assignments in-between can become so huge in your mind that you may many a time feel like quitting and running away.
 
Life is always going to throw uncertainty your way.
 
How you deal with it and how much of it is allowed to penetrate you is what matters.
 
Hypnotherapy allows you to change the pressure valve so to speak. You become more tolerant and much more able to deal with what ever comes your way.
 
In fact, Hypnotherapy is so effective that with the help of a qualified therapist you can learn to take yourself into trance when ever you wish . Each time enforcing the belief that you can cope, you are successful in what ever you do and that every time you allow yourself to enter a trance you become more and more relaxed and comfortable.
 
I have helped many turn their stress levels from what they stated was a 10 out of 10 to a more acceptable 3 out of 10 in just one session. 
Not every one deals with stress in the same way. Some get angry, some cry but many just hold it in and this causes side effects such as palpitations or migraines.

Does your "Bedroom Performance" need a  change of mind
When you dont feel in the mood but you know you should.
 
So  what happens in those times when we just can't be bothered with having to get naked and romp around. when all we really feel like doing is snuggling up under the new fur blanket and watching the latest episode of (...........well you fill the gap).
 
Yet we know we are making a habit out of this abstenance lark and we still deeply love our partner. Infact we just can't understand why we dont want to jump their bones like we did when we first met.
 
Is it that our work is just too demanding?
 
Is it the chores that have made us resent the people we keep a house clean for?
 
Could it be that life has become flat and just mundane.
 
Or is it that we are so comfortable in our little bubble of life that we have become lazy and preoccupied with .... well anything really other than joining together in sexual bliss with the one we say we love, say is our choice and expect to be there for us on a lifetime basis.
 
     The answer my friend is profound yet simple.
   Change your mind!
 
 
A once wise not so old vicar explained to me that love was so much more than a feeling, it was a choice. That to feel love for someone continually everyday and not be blood related to them was a near on impossibility. However if everyday you chose to love that person (despite the bad morning breath ,the snoring as well as the habitual untidiness) and know that the feelings of love will eventually catch up then you are really in the right place.
 
Now im not saying stay with someone no matter what.  I am saying stay with them despite the feelings that you know over time have fluctuated and led you into arguments that really were just a unproductive use of your time. Just think all that time wasted being angry and upset because the 'feeling' was not in the right place at the right time, instead you could have been experiencing some amazing sex with someone who has supported you,cared for you and loved you for a considerable time. Remember you too have those annoying little habits!!!!
 
So How Do I Change My Mind?
 
I have mentored many couples and found a simple yet effective way in which to change your mind about being in the mood for sex.
 
 
Answer:  You don't have to be in the mood for sex, you just have to be willing to be put in the mood.
 
Explain to your partner that you do love them and you know your feelings cannot always be relied upon to be an accurate reflexion of what you really feel. Then explain that although you don't feel in the mood for sex right now you are more than willing for them to try to get you in the mood.
 
Remember you are not agreeing to sex as you are not in the mood at this moment, but you are agreeing to them trying their best to get you in the mood. (after all they know what buttons to press). 
 
This takes the pressure off you to perform and allows your partner the connection that they require to, lets say get a foot in the door (coz we all know that very few of us, once placed in the mood for sex, turn it down). 
 
This is a two way process and as such you have to be Willing to be put in the mood . This is not a game of overpowerment (unless thats your thing :).
 
Once you find this technique beginning to work for you, incorporate some time in the day to just close your eyes and imagine the process of your partner turning you on. Imagine the texture of their mouth, the warmth of their breath and the sensation of their touch.
Make the colours vivid in your mind, hear the sounds that you and they will make.
 
The more you imagine, the more your unconscious mind believes its true and this leads to a better experience for you and your partner.
 
So the next time you are willing to place yourself in your lovers hands, be surprised at how near to the romantic novels life can be.
