      <description>&lt;table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0" id="tabcolumn-1" style="width: 100%; margin-bottom: 15px"&gt;&lt;tr&gt;&lt;td&gt;&lt;div id="column-1" usermodifiable="true" style="width: 100%"&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29548406"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial Black" size="6"&gt;Does your child suffer from stress or anxiety?&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29548407"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29548408"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29548409"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4" color="#89191c"&gt;Many children I meet are brought to me by very worried and frankly exhausted parents who don&amp;#39;t know where to turn.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29548410"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29548411"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4" color="#89191c"&gt;The parents call me with a tone of desperation mixed with a whole lot of self guilt believing that they in some way may have failed their child. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29548412"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29548413"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4" color="#000000"&gt;By the time most parents get to the point of calling me they unfortunately are probably suffering from stress and anxiety themselves.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29548414"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29548415"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29548416"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4" color="#89191c"&gt;Only the other day I met with a young girl who was so anxious that she vomited every day on the way into school.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29548417"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29548418"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4" color="#89191c"&gt;she had never been to a sleep over or dared to go on a school trip.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29548419"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29548420"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4" color="#89191c"&gt;In fact she was so worried about so many things that she was loosing the quality of her life day by day.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29548421"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29548422"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4" color="#000000"&gt;What made this young girl who had everything to look forward to, react so negatively to life?&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29548423"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29548424"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="5"&gt;I believe it all lay in her ability to imagine.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29548425"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29548426"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial Black" size="3" color="#89191c"&gt;You see, she imagined every day that she couldn&amp;#39;t cope with school, that people wouldn&amp;#39;t like her, she would be all alone. This in turn caused extreme anxiety and panic attacks that caused vomiting and subsequently a refusal to do anything new.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29548427"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29548428"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial Black" size="3" color="#000000"&gt;By using hypnotherapy to change what she imagined, accompanied by some really smart techniques on how to turn the negative feelings into positive ones the results were as follows.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29548429"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29548430"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial Black" size="3" color="#000000"&gt;&amp;#160;After just five short sessions she had already stopped vomiting before school, had been on a school holiday for 4 days&amp;#160;and coped very well.&amp;#160;She actually stopped vomited after the first session. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29548431"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29548432"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial Black" size="3"&gt;Once she could imagine the positives and stop trying to be a clairvoyant (&lt;font color="#ed1c24"&gt;someone trying to see into the future&lt;/font&gt;)&lt;font color="#ec008c"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font color="#0071bc"&gt;something that people with&amp;#160;anxiety often try to do, as the fear of thinking they know what will happen is what paralyzes them.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29548433"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29548434"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial Black" size="3" color="#0071bc"&gt;What about stress&amp;#160;experienced while revising or taking exams at school?&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29548435"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29548436"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial Black" size="3" color="#89191c"&gt;Many students keep the worry and anxiety within them. Hiding it from family and friends, but inside always feeling like they are loosing control and never feeling good enough. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29548437"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29548438"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial Black" size="3" color="#000000"&gt;These children need more than ever to know that their life has only just begun.       <title>I'm a women- I need to love myself too.</title>

However there are times when I find myself asking&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-10335774"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-10335776"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="7" color="#209860"&gt;&amp;quot;Where is my love?&amp;quot;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-10335777"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="5"&gt;Every so often I used to feel empty and as a result I would have limited patience and &lt;/font&gt;&lt;font face="Arial"&gt;&lt;font size="5"&gt;tolerance of my nearest and&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font size="5"&gt;d&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font size="5"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial"&gt;earest&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font face="Arial"&gt; as well as the car driver in front who didn&amp;#39;t go when the lights turned green, or the shop assistant who didn&amp;#39;t raise her head to make eye contact when she gave me my change.&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-10335778"&gt;&lt;font size="5"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial"&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-10335780"&gt;&lt;font size="5"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial"&gt;Imagine if you will a vase that is filled with water, pure and fresh and good (this represents us all, our life giving energy and love held within us).Over time that vase is filled with stones ( demands, problems, people, life in general ).&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-10335781"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="5"&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-10335783"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="5"&gt;As the stones start to fill up the vase the water rises, increasing the level of the water (the stress and strain raises blood pressure and anxiety levels).&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-10335784"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="5"&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-10335786"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="5"&gt;Depending on the amount of stones that the vase takes into its self will determine just how long it will take until the water rises to the top and starts to run over the edge and away.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-10335787"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="5"&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-10335789"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="5" color="#89191c"&gt;How long did it take for your energy, life force and general love for people and your self to flow away?&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-10335790"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="5" color="#89191c"&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-10335792"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="5" color="#00837d"&gt;This is when you may find that you cry more often, or are angry more than usual. The people you love become a Hindrance and a chore.&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-10335793"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="5" color="#00837d"&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-10335795"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="5" color="#00837d"&gt;Now I know that you may feel guilty for feeling this way and you may even tell yourself often that you are a bad person for thinking this way.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-10335796"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="5" color="#00837d"&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-10335798"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="5" color="#89191c"&gt;I felt like this too.
